Organic wine and oil tasting

Visit to the winery with explanation of the wine and oil production processes. On the panoramic terrace tasting of two types of our extra virgin olive oil, two red wines, a white and Vinsanto.
The tasting is accompanied by a sampling of local products such as ham, cheese and homemade bruschetta and products from our garden available at the time.

Whether you are looking for relaxation, adventure or discovery, you will find the perfect experience to fully live the soul of this place.

Yoga in the Olive Grove

After a short walk in silence, you will enter the centuries-old olive grove where we will settle in and begin the practice: a few minutes of meditation and pranayama, to then perform the asana sequences while you are surrounded and enveloped by the light and delicate music of the surrounding nature. At the end of the lesson, we will return to the farmhouse, where an aperitif with bruschetta and a glass of our organic wine will be waiting for you. At our farmhouse you will find everything you need to participate in the experience (you just need to have comfortable clothes) which, upon request, can also be moved to early in the morning.

Yoga by the Pool
Pico de Gallo

Tuscan Cuisine

You will learn to make some typical dishes of the Tuscan tradition together with Caterina, who will guide you to the discovery of ancient flavors and family preparations; from liver crostini, to fresh handmade pasta, to desserts such as cantuccini, you will knead and cook with your own hands starting from the basic ingredients. You will use only local seasonal products or from our garden, eggs from our chickens, our ancient grain flour and fresh aromatic herbs picked at the moment.

Depending on the time of year, you may also go and pick your own potatoes to make gnocchi, or look for wild herbs to add to some salad or ravioli filling. When you're done, we'll set the table and share what we've cooked.
