Poggio La Tana: Tradition and Organic Quality

Poggio La Tana is born on the hills of San Giustino Valdarno (AR), in Tuscany, at altitudes between 330 and 580 meters above sea level. In this unique environment we cultivate with organic methods and respect for nature, giving life to an authentic extra virgin olive oil rich in character.

Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the result of artisanal care and a careful selection of the best native varieties: Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio. Each drop tells the perfect balance between territory, climate and Tuscan tradition.

The Harvest: At the Right Time, With Care

The olive harvest begins around the first ten days of October, when the fruit has reached the right level of ripeness. A careful and respectful process that allows to preserve its integrity and to obtain a superior quality oil, rich in aromas and natural properties.

Cold Pressed for Superior Quality

The olives are processed with a continuous cold extraction system and then filtered. This delicate process preserves aromas, flavors and nutrients, guaranteeing an oil with an intense green color and an authentic and harmonious taste.

Characteristics and Conservation

Vintage 2024, packaged in 500 ml bottles, our oil has a shelf life of 18 months from bottling. It is recommended to store it in a cool, dry place, away from heat and light sources, to preserve its freshness and quality over time.
